Following on from the other day’s Xbox One controller infographic, Microsoft have released this all new one. This time it’s about their all new 300,000 server Cloud which Microsoft are touting as the world’s largest and most reliable cloud infrastructure. Click the image to make it larger!
The Cloud technology they’re using sure sounds impressive. It looks like they’re going to allow developer’s to utilise the cloud computing too which will in theory allow them to make more powerful games. My question would be, what happens if the servers go down? Sure the chances are small, and if they did, I’m sure Microsoft would be on it very quickly.
In other news, Kotaku are reporting that the Xbox One release date (In America at least) is set for 8th November, one week before the PS4 release date. According to a source, and a leaked major retailer chain’s midnight release schedule, they are holding a midnight release on that night for the Xbox One.
